From cassette players to the unforgettable Ciao. We have come a long way from the legendary years when these objects were all the rage. Over 15 years have passed since then and many of these “relics” that defined an era have been forgotten and, in some cases, disappeared from circulation.
But you never know what our customers are hiding in their Casaforte storage units. Someone nostalgic may well have carefully preserved one of these treasures from the past.
1. IL WALKMAN
How can we forget the iPod’s ancestor? In the 90s it was considered the most high-tech gadget around.
Those were the glorious years when music was listened to on cassette tapes and the very first years of the portable CD player, the Discman.
2. LINUS COMIC BOOKS
In 2015, the famous magazine celebrated 50 years since the release of the first issue, which took place on 2 April 1965.
Since then, Linus comic books have accompanied generations of fans, marking the history of speech bubbles.
3. THE NINTENDO GAME BOY
Before tablets came along, there was only one portable console, the legendary Game Boy.
4. THE CIAO
It was an icon of our youth. It had a number of strengths: its simplicity, extremely light weight and low fuel consumption, which made it a must-have for 90s teenagers.
5. THE BOMBER JACKET
In the clothing category, the timeless Bomber Jacket deserves a place of honour. It was a must-have for men, as well as for women who even loved wearing it in June when it was 25 degrees outside.
